You must contact us immediately to advise us of the mistake, name corrections are not always possible however this depends on how soon you advise us.

You can request special service if the child is traveling alone under 12 years up to 15 years as a young passenger, so you need special requests for this type of passenger.

We send you your tickets by email as we reveice your payments,We print origional copy of your ticket if you visit our office during working hours.

If you need to cancel your flight becasue of any reason you must contact immediatly to inform by telefone number to travel  agency or direct call to airline.

Yes its possible to make changes to your travel dates but this depends on the fares of your ticket, some fares are allowed to change by paying change fee , price difference etc. You can also apply refund in case not travelling paying the cancelation fee, some fares are non refundable and can not be refunded .

  • Emirates Airlines – 45kg allowance, maximum 30kg in 1 piece.
  • Etihad Airways – 45kg allowance.
  • Qatar Airways  – 45 kg allowance, maximum 30kg in 1 piece.
  • Kuwait Airways – 46 kg allowance, maximum 30kg in 1 piece.
  • Saudi Arabian – 23/23 kg 2pc allowance.
  • Turkish Airlines – 46 kg allowance, maximum 30kg in 1 piece.

All airlines allow 7 kg hand carry, however the exact allowance must be checked by calling us or the airline directly, Any kind of liquids, gels and cosmetics exceeding 100 ml are not permitted in hand luggage.All smaller containers must be taken in a transparent plastic bag.As a strict rule, airlines do not allow sharp objects like razors, knives, blades, etc in the hand luggage. Remember to pack sharp objects in your checked baggage.

You are advised to ensure that your travel documentation is in order before departure. You will likely be turned away at check-in if you do not have the correct documentation, Furthermore, most countries will not allow you to enter on a one-way ticket without the relevant visa or documentation. You will likely need a visa if you are traveling outside of the EU (European union) you must check this with the relevant authorities or check with our travel consultants who will be able to guide you in the right direction.

Yes, but these must be prescribed by your doctor. nonessential medication should be packed in your luggage.

This is possible, however, these requests must be arranged well in advance with the airline concerned and are discretionary, there maybe a charge for making such arrangements, and children 12 years and over should normally be allowed without extra charges.

We advise that you keep your luggage within the allowed allowances as excess baggage can cost up to 15/20 euros per kg depending on the airline. 

Yes, you can take your wheelchair but need to inform the airline in advance, you be required by your doctor also.
